Baked Cauliflower with Sliced Garlic, Lemon and Olive Oil

When I was at the grocery store the other day they had a lot of Cauliflower. It reminded me of this easy and delicious recipe that I found on the Food Network courtesy of Emeril Lagasse. It is so yummy! I hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

4 tablespoons olive oil
8 cloves garlic, peeled
1 head cauliflower, broken into pieces
2 lemons
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
1. In a large skillet, heat the oil and add the garlic and cauliflower.
2. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
3. Squeeze juice of the lemons into the skillet and place lemon halves in skillet.
4. Place into the oven for 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
