Greek Garlic Baked French Fries!
Tuesday, January 26, 2010 OMG! These are so good! We used to go to a place that made garlic fries. Did I say GARLIC! They were covered with lots of fresh chopped garlic. Then we went to a place that made Greek fries covered in dried oregano and lemon. So I decided to combine the two.
Ok I am not saying you can eat these everyday, but heh, I’m thinking the way we make them are really not so bad for you.
Take frozen shoe string potatoes, put them in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to make sure they are coated.
Sprinkle on dried oregano
Sprinkles LOTS and LOTS of fresh chopped garlic and salt. Toss again to make sure coated with everything.
Bake @ 400 until golden brown.
Remove from oven and add more fresh chopped GARLIC (yah baby),
Squeeze of fresh lemon over the top and a little more salt if needed.
Did I say OMG, YUMMY! Ok maybe were not gonna ask chocolate to move over, or sex to depart, but can I say YUMMY, or maybe even heaven, I’m in heaven!
