Welcome to...

I started this blog to talk about my girls, two pugs, Wrinkles & Sputters, our kids!  We got them as puppies and they are 10 years old now!

Since starting my blog we now have adopted four little boy pugs, Mugzee, adopted in October 2009, Taz in May 2010, Dex October 2010 and Lucky the latest addition to our family, adopted November 2010.  So if you catch me talking about the girls and boys, or my kids, you’ll know who I mean.

I’m a stay at home Mommy to Wrinkles, Sputters, Mugzee,Taz, Dex & Lucky.  In May of 2010, I became a Foster Mommy for Southern Nevada Pug Rescue.  On a daily basis I may have 7 pugs and my great nephew Caiden who is 5 when he is not in school.

I thought this would be a great place for you to hear about our adventures with pugs. To spread the word about rescue and just have some fun.  Anyway… I have so much I want to share with you about the things in my life that I love… Pugs, Kids, Fishy’s, Eating, Drinking, Decorating, Travel and just plain living life to the fullest!

I hope while your here you can find something to wag your tail about!

This is where I take my kids, Wrinkles, Sputters, Mugzee, Taz, Dex & Lucky.

Look What I Bought!

Ok I will admit it …  Sommmetimmmes (ok always) I impulse buy, yap I’m a sucker, at Walgreens.  So I’m standing at the check out and I see this …

Oh this would be great for my Mom & Dad!  So I grab not ONE, but TWO of them, a blue and a greenish yellow one.  Why you ask … because my Mom puts plastic wrap on open cans of soda.  “It really works”,  she tells me!  I just know this can make their life easier!   I just know they can use this!  They are going to love this!

I can’t wait to get home and try them out, I only live about 2 tenths of a mile from Walgreens, but I can’t wait, what an awesome find!

Ok here I go, this is going to work out so great for my Mom & Dad, I can’t wait to tell them!  I pushing and shoving… maybe if I get a hammer or soak it in hot water… I can’t get the *&@#$% thing on the can.  Maybe it’s defective, Ok I’ll try the blue one.  NOPE!  I can’t get it on the can either.  Hmmmmmmm, if I can’t get it on the can do you think Mom or Dad can???  I’ll try the green one again.  Success!  I got it on!

Oh shoot, I forgot to open the soda first, oh well I’ll just take it off.  Pulling and pushing and smacking it on the edge of the counter, good thing I didn’t open it!

So I get the magnifying glass out and on the side it says “Squeeze can to remove”, I’m squeezing, and squeezing and squeezing!  Oh, hubby just walked in “Honey can you get this off”?  He’s squeezing, and squeezing and squeezing!  Yippee he got it off, but I am not kidding, he almost had to break out the tools.

That was the blue one, the greenish yellow one I actually had to cut it off.  Why did I even bother I was going to throw the can in the recycle bin when I finished it.  Oh that’s right you can’t mix plastic and cans together.

Operation make Mom & Dad’s life easier … FAILURE!  Impulse buying at Walgreens, still in full force!  LOL!
